Our current issue features a story on the tres leches–literally “three milks”–cakes made by Bizcocho de Colores, a 23-year-old bakery in Inwood run by Daisy Lebron and her family. With help from NY1, we took a peek into their cake bakery and party supply store to learn more about bizcocho, or what the Dominicans call cake. Check out the video right here.
