A Wild, Shelter Island–Style Summer Clambake Feat. Armond Joseph of Léon 1909

For one night only, Armond Joseph, the rising star chef behind Shelter Island’s Léon 1909, will be presenting his interpretation of a classic coastal tradition: the clambake. Known for his intuitive blending of seaside, Italian, and Palestinian influences, chef Joseph will bring his deep understanding of the farmland and waters that surround him to a hyper-local feast featuring pristine, wild-foraged, and sustainably caught East End treasures. Expect a magnificent spread with delicacies such as Peconic Gold oysters, Montauk red shrimp, razor clams, and a show-stopping lobster. The evening will be a truly seasonal celebration of the land and sea and all that is summer ‘out East’.
