Dumpling Circle x CY Chili Oil Tasting

The Dumpling Circle teams up with locally made CY Chili Oil for a weekend afternoon of dumpling making, chili oil tasting, and a spice-inflected menu. In this three-hour class, you’ll learn how to make dumplings from scratch (the dough, plus the meat and veggie fillings) and taste everything as you go. Each ticket also includes a seasonal appetizer, a sampling of Chinese-flavored potato chips, and a special dessert—all accompanied by a spicy kick.
