Author of the James Beard award-winning book Slow Drinks, Danny Childs joins one of New York’s legendary Irish pubs for an evening of conversation and creative libations. It’s part of his revolving pop-up series, Field Study, an immersive experience that brings together farmers, producers, chefs, and beverage leaders for a discussion about sustainability and bartending.
