Forsythia Pasta Making Class

Ever wanted to make your own pasta from scratch? Good news: This workshop will teach you all the fundamentals to host a pasta feast. Forsythia chefs, some of whom trained at internationally renowned pasta destinations including La Vecchia Scuola in Bologna, will guide this in-depth class where you’ll learn how to mix, roll, and shape homemade pasta dough. (All while sipping natural Italian wine, of course.) After the class, you’ll be treated to a multicourse dinner showcasing all the handmade pastas.
