High Cuisine | Westchester

December 12, 2023 @ 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM EST

Your spirits will be lifted and your soul nourished this holiday season when you join Edible Westchester, Flower Hour NY and The Bluntness for High Cuisine, an elevated supper club concept celebrating New York’s emerging cannabis industry from farm to table. We’re bringing together top culinary leaders and legal, licensed craft cannabis cultivators from around the state to curate an unparalleled community dining experience that spotlights the very best of both worlds. High Cuisine features exquisite chef-driven (and non-infused) tasting menus expertly paired with legal, licensed cannabis flower grown in New York State by master cultivators. Each event in the series promises to educate, engage, and delight every kind of consumer—whether you’re a longtime herb lover or simply canna-curious.

Our Westchester portion of the series kicks off at The Cookery (39 Chestnut Street) in Dobbs Ferry on Tuesday, December 12, with Chef David DiBari. Through multiple course-pairings, we will guide you through a seated dinner while sampling different cannabis flower pairings that highlight terpene profiles, aromas and effects. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be provided. Doors at 6:30pm, dinner begins at 7pm. Guests will also be gifted with some treats to try at home, too.

Featured licensed NY cannabis cultivators and brands include MFNYSupernaturals NYElectraleaf and Heady Tree, who will be joining us to educate and answer all of your questions.

Tickets are $200pp and includes food, drink, cannabis sampling, tax and tip

About The Cookery

The Cookery is an Italian gastropub where Chef/Owner David DiBari and his team apply soulful Italian cooking principles to all that inspires them. The menu changes daily and has very few boundaries. At The Cookery, the mission is simple: Cook great food and have fun doing it.

Located in Dobbs Ferry NY, one of Westchester County’s most artfully inspired river towns, The Cookery offers joyously carnal dishes in a high-energy environment. Think herds of nose-to-tail fare, hand-rolled pastas, whole suckling pig dinners and anything from Pearl Jam to a little Method Man for your ears.

About Edible Manhattan Group

Our media platforms showcase the ways New York eats and drinks through visually arresting print and digital content, and also at events where New York’s food community comes together. We celebrate the figures that are driving New York’s food scene toward a more delicious, diverse and sustainable future. Our industry insight guides both professionals and public interest—we influence the influencers.

About Flower Hour

Flower Hour normalizes cannabis consumption through education, curated tastings, personalized experiences, and brand activations. They work with licensed and ancillary operators to facilitate brand activations and grow consumer confidence and brand awareness. Flower Hour tastings aim to connect individuals within the industry, as well as welcome new or dormant consumers to the holistic, beneficial and fun properties of the plant.

Taking cues from wine tastings and brand activations platforms, Flower Hour acts as an intermediary between cultivator and consumer by showcasing a variety of brands and forms of consumption at their events. They utilize consumption-friendly spaces and lightly guide select clientele through an educational lens to further their clients understanding and appreciation of the cannabis plant while showcasing different brands, ingestion methods while focusing on cannabinoids and terpenes profiles.

About The Bluntness

The Bluntness delivers insightful coverage of industry leaders, trends, innovations, business, and politics in order to help readers navigate the rapidly evolving world of legal cannabis and other plant-based and psychedelic medicines.
