Chef Matt Peters, the first American chef to win the prestigious Bocuse d’Or, joins Chef Buddha Lo’s seasonally driven, Michelin-starred Huso for one week only. You’ll be treated to a spectacular eight-course tasting menu; each chef presents a signature dish, three savory courses, and a dessert. No fine dinner is complete without wine pairings and fanciful add-ons, including Marky’s Osetra and Beluga caviar and fresh black truffle. Most seats are sold out right now, but if you don’t see your preferred time, the restaurant says to call them directly. Hours: 5–8:30 PM nightly, August 5–9.
