Matthew Lightner Dinner

Flynn McGarry of Gem has been busy overseeing his California-meets-East Coast restaurant Cove since late last year. For the first collaborative dinner in the space, he’s recruited Matthew Lightner, the founding chef at Atera, who’s known for his boundary-pushing menus and experimental dinner series. You can expect an evening of local produce on their collaborative six-course menu, with additional a la carte specials.
