Mili Sneak Preview

New York City is spoiled with iconic, decades-old wine bars, but there’s always room for more. Inspired by the legacy of Estela, Four Horsemen, and Contra, Mili is a new wine bar concept that leans into seasonal, market-driven produce and a curated, unpretentious beverage program. Mili is led by chef Jorge Luis Pabon, most recently executive chef at Estela and an alum of The French Laundry and El Celler de Can Roca, and sommelier Alexis Morgan White, whose résumé includes Craft, Brass, and The Tusk Bar. The duo plans to open a permanent spot in late 2026, but right now, catch their pop-ups at Chin Up Bar and the rest of Manhattan.
