“No Food Left Behind” Holiday Dinner

Farm to People and The Spare Food Co. invite you to share a delicious dinner that celebrates the overlooked and underused bounty of our local food system.

A collaboration between Chefs Adam Kaye (Spare Food) and Matt Yee (Farm to People) in the warm and welcoming Farm to People Kitchen and Bar space in Brooklyn, this first-of-its-kind event will feature a multi-course family-style menu that incorporates both the best of and “the rest of” produce and products from local partners and purveyors.

Enjoy craft mocktails featuring Spare Tonic, included in your ticket. An intentional selection of natural wine, local beer, and specialty non-alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase.

Spots are (very) limited so make sure you spare a moment soon to purchase your ticket and reserve your seat.

Warm Mulled Spare Tonic

Fermented and Pickled Vegetables

Fruit Dips, Spreads, and Grilled Bread

Mutton Merguez and Quince Mustard

Roasted & Grilled Whole Brassicas in Pickle Brine Green Goddess Dressing

Whey-Brined Fried Chicken & Mashed Potato Waffles with Kimchi Greens

Spent Brewer’s Grain Panna Cotta with Poached Pears

Vegetarian option available. Select when purchasing ticket. Menu subject to change.

 

A percent of tickets sales will be donated to The New York Restoration Project, who are helping ensure that all New Yorkers have equitable access to green space.

Doors at 6:15pm and dinner at 7pm.
