Schnitzel Night at Cove

Fried chicken might get a lot of glory in the city, but an uber crisp, juicy schnitzel is frankly unbeatable. Paying homage to this classic dish, Cove, a modern restaurant inspired by chef Flynn McGarry’s California upbringing, is hosting its very first schnitzel night. As a $75 set menu, they’ll be serving pork and vegetarian (gluten-free!) schnitzels, which also includes seasonal sides and dessert. For this occasion, the team will be pouring special wines by the glass and pulling vintages from the cellar.
