Eddie Huang—Baohaus restaurateur, author of the best-selling memoir Fresh Off the Boat, and now novelist of romantic comedy Come Undone—will be speaking publicly about his next creative project in the Lower East Side. In collaboration with Substack, Huang opens a rare curtain to his process by staging a one-night-only table read of his next film, Tuna Melt.
