We bet you didn’t see this the last time that you gutted your own fish. Our friends over at Betony recently posted a photo (above) on chef Bryce Shuman’s Twitter of lobster remains they found while prepping bass.
Wait, what? Yes, this fish actually took down a lobster. Holy cow.
When we followed up with Bryce, he told us that the great black bass came from Montauk. Still in awe over this “hardcore” fish, he said that “even our food has great taste.”
