  2. The Westchester Residents Month of Free Meals Giveaway (‘giveaway’) is open to residents of Westchester, NY aged 18 years or over except employees of Feast & Fettle and Edible Westchester and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
  4. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 11:59 pm EST on January 21, 2024. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows: a valid email address, first and last name and mailing address are required. 
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway. 
  12. One winner will receive a one month complimentary meal plan consisting of four entrées and six sides per week. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  13. Winner will be notified via their email address and/or phone number within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  14. The promoter’s decision with respect to all matters having to do with the giveway will be final.
  15. By entering this giveway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  16. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Commonwealth of Rhode Island law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Rhode Island.
  17. Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize. By sharing their address, the winners agree to these terms.
  18. Entry into the giveway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
