In honor of The Weekend and The Summer Solstice and Longest Day of the Year and the First Day of Summer 2010, and heck, let’s just go ahead and add Father’s Day, too, we’re proud to pass on the good news that the latest issue of Edible Brooklyn is up online, and it’s an apt one.
It’s The Summer Alcohol Issue, packed full with stories of locally grown hops, homemade bitters, Sixpoint Craft Ales, Brooklyn Brewery’s Garrett Oliver, upstate absinthe, the three new distilleries in town and even a piece on the explosion of icy cold horchata around the fine borough of Kings, complete with a recipe or two for making the quaff and adding it to a cocktail. What else can we say but Cheers!
