You know how the holidays are, before you know it, it’ll be February. And that means one thing: Good Spirits, our series of seasonal cocktail tasting events and our first event of Edible’s first event of 2012. It’ll feature distillers and bartenders, the best of nearby farmers and city chefs. (If you’re new to Good Spirits, you can check out photos from last year’s bashes here, here and here.)
We’re still booking attendees, but we know already that from Brooklyn, Williamsburg’s Huckleberry Bar and Red Hook’s Fort Defiance will be serving drinks and food, and from Manhattan, Salumeria Rosi Parmacotto and Perry St.
