This just in! GrowNYC is just now announcing the next roundup of chefs at the third annual Taste of Greenmarket event on Wednesday, October 6th at the Altman Building, one of the ne plus ultra farm-to-tasting events each year. This is one the cream of the crop of local and locally-minded chefs make a point to attend and tickets always sell out fast, especially seeing as it’s the major fund-raiser of the year for Greenmarket’s Youth Education Project.
Better yet, we’re co-sponsoring the shindig in 2010 and making it one of the key events during our 11-day Eat Drink Local Week fest, which is designed to give love to local food and those that make or grow or procure or cook it — including you.
