Next week, Edible Escape returns. It will be taking place at the gorgeous Angel Orsensanz Foundation on Thursday, October 20th, and the lineup is impressive. You can see the full menu, which is being added to daily, but here are some bites and sips we’re especially looking forward to:

Bira 91 brews delicious beers. They’re based in New Delhi, and their white ale and blond lager are undeniably delicious—and, in the spirit of Escape, crafted with international ingredients.
Loire Valley Wines

Loire Valley Wines, based in “the heart of France,” will be pouring six varieties, including a Crémant de Loire, Chateau Moncontour Brut, Rosé, NV and Savennières, Chateau d’Epiré, 2014.

It’s no secret that we’re huge fans of the century-old bakery, so we are definitely looking forward to sampling their miche, levain locale, rustica and spelt loaves, as well as their buckwheat baguette.
