Campo, an evening of Latinx excellence and ancestral energy curated by Tony Ortiz of Chile Con Miel is a night you won’t want to miss.
Experience a summer evening at Callisto, a regenerative farm and gathering space in the heart of the Hudson Valley, featuring the creations of 6 Latinx chefs. Each chef will be utilizing and sharing their ancestral and regional knowledge of cooking outdoors with the earth, water, and fire. Enjoy a six course meal with highlights including wild clay wrapped trout, fresh corn tamales wrapped in fig leaf with heirloom tomato confit, and wood fire grilled lamb covered in summer herbs.
