2. The Get Inspired Getaway Giveaway (‘giveaway’) is open to residents of the United States aged 18 years or over except employees of The Pass and Edible Hudson Valley and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the giveaway.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
4. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
7. Closing date for entry will be 11:59 pm EST on May 15, 2023. After this date, no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The rules of the giveaway and how to enter are as follows: a valid email address, first and last name and zip code are required.

The prizes are as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
13. Two winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter by May 15, 2023. 14. Winners will be notified via their email addresses within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
15. The promoter’s decision with respect to all matters having to do with the giveway will be final.
16. By entering this giveway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The giveway and these terms and conditions will be governed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
18. Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winners, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will only be disclosed with a third party to ensure the delivery of the prize. By sharing their address, the winners agree to these terms.
19. Entry into the giveway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
