Checklist: City Food Events You Won’t Want to Miss

On Wednesday, March 21st from 8 pm to 10 pm, we’re teaming up with some of the most knowledgeable folks around for How to Knead, Top & Toss at the Brooklyn Brewery, an evening devoted entirely to making perfect pizza.

For just $5 (tickets available here) and you’ll be schooled on dough by Pizza a Casa Pizza School, be show how to make your own mozz by Murray’s Cheese, and learn the rites of red sauce from Motorino, all at Brooklyn Brewery in Williamsburg.

Can’t make it next week? Mark your calendars for April 25, when we’ll throw a party in Soho to celebrate the publication of our brand-new issue on all things dairy at the Openhouse Gallery. Most of those we cover in the issue–cheesemongers, yogurt makers, etc–will be on hand to bring our pages not just to life, but to your lips. Get the run-down of what’ll be served and buy your tickets to our Good Dairy at the Openhouse Gallery right here.
We also hope you’ll come find us at other weekly food events around town we think are pretty Edible, like the ones below.
