How can you eat food from all five boroughs while only taking one subway ride? A ticket to the Chefs Collaborative Summit, happening April 10-12, where “A Taste of the Boroughs” will offer up food and drink from the best that New York City has to offer.

Following opening remarks by Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and chef Bill Telepan, mingle with like-minded folks also interested in questions of whether good food is good business while sipping on cocktails by the New York State Distillers Guild and beer from the Brooklyn Brewery.

The food’s pedigree is undeniable, with Michael Anthony of Untitled representing Manhattan, Rideiby Pena of Leche y Miel in the Bronx, Michele Iuliano of Luzzo’s BK in Brooklyn, and Kenji Hurburt of Astoria’s celebrated Queens Kickshaw.

While the food is especially unmissable, there’s a lot more than that happening at this conference. Day passes can gain you entrance to keynotes, workshops and all the food and drink, while you can also get a ticket to one of seven classes that will be taking place in esteemed kitchens across the city. You can also buy a pass that gets you entry either to “A Taste of the Boroughs” or Monday’s “Eat These Fish! Event,” where chefs will be preparing seven species of underutilized fish.

With chefs like these and presenters such as José Andrés, Jimmy Carbone, Amanda Cohen, Evan Hanczor and more, the seventh annual Chefs Collaborative Summit is proving to be a winning ticket.

Edible Manhattan is a media sponsor for this event.
