Nudibranch Naengmyeon Pop-Up

You may have tried naengmyeon, the chilly Korean noodle dish served with chewy buckwheat noodles in a tangy, beefy, ice-cold broth. Chances are, though, you’ve never had that broth spun into a slushie. After a successful run of pop-ups last year, Nudibranch is once again serving this popular savory beef broth straight from a slushie machine, plus the noodles, slices of beef, and an egg. It’s first come, first served, takeout only, and no reservations.
