The Lineup Season 9

As anyone in the hospitality world knows, burgeoning line cooks at the city’s top restaurants have a lot of talent. The Lineup, a chef-driven pop-up series featuring these cooks as the captain of a one-night culinary experience, provides a great platform for their work. While Season 9 is already well underway, there’s still time to catch the last act on June 4: Imogen Baber, a line cook at Eleven Madison Park, debuts a five-course vegetarian meal inspired by the thrills of late spring’s produce.
