Our very own Brian Halweil, editor of Edible East End and publisher of Edible Brooklyn and Edible Manhattan, will be there taking the audience on an intercontinental journey to show that food is solving our most daunting problems, right here in the Big Apple and on the other side of the planet in Africa.
