Round out the winter season and warm up with a cocktail prepared by one of the many talented mixologists from celebrated local, national and international spirit brands. It’s your chance to try out the city’s many spirit offerings—those making their debut as well as the trusty and true—in one evening, under one roof. These cocktails will be expertly paired with top-notch tastes from some of New York City’s most acclaimed and up-and-coming chefs and food artisans. Be forewarned, there are two floors of deliciousness to explore!
It’s all happening on March 2 at Pier A, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tickets are $60 (if you don’t throw in a subscription to Edible Manhattan) and can still be purchased here.
As for what you can expect from this year’s event, there’s a lot to anticipate: The Dead Rabbit will be joining us and serving two cocktails—one featuring Black Birt Bonded Applejack, the other Queen of Earl–infused Tullamore Dew 12 year-old Irish Whiskey. Those who don’t imbibe can look forward to sips from Bruce Cost Ginger Ale and Kombrewcha. There will also be bites from Orwashers, Cherry Point and Trois Petits Cochons.
We’ve also been celebrating the bartenders we most adore. Read up on those who have expertise in rum and pisco, adore a local absinthe, or know a bit about every spirit on the shelf. Keep up as more details are added on the full event program, but as we know from years past, this event is one you won’t want to miss.
This is also the year that we’re taking Good Spirits national, so look out for whether there’s another city’s event you’ll want to hit.
