Bar Oliver x Julia Sherman

What’s a Spanish aperitivo without a pintxo and a glass of bubbles? On the first Monday of each month, Bar Oliver will collaborate with a roster of chefs on five small dishes, plus options to order from the regular menu. On June 1, Julia Sherman, the executive chef of the forthcoming restaurant at the New Museum and author of Salad for President, teams up with Bar Oliver’s own Oscar Paz on a list of Spanish bites and delights to kick off the summer. Walk-ins are encouraged, but reservations are also available.
