Chef Daisuke Watanabe Residency: Pinnacle of Ramen Gastronomy

Daisuke Watanabe is a virtuoso in noodle circles, as the sole disciple of Ramen Iida Shoten and the purveyor of Tokyo’s now-shuttered Ramen Feel. This time, he’s teaming up with chef Hiroki Odo for a residency called “The Pinnacle of Ramen Gastronomy,” which will feature a selection of three distinct ramen offerings, including artisanal miso, shio, and shojin ramen. The event has sold-out, but keep your eyes peeled for any reservations that open up.
