Earlier today we asked our readers via email to help us pick 10 great fall ingredients to celebrate during Eat Drink Local week this September. Right now apple cider, squash of all kinds and kohlrabi have a good headway, though there are votes for ham, oysters, taro, tomatoes, Brussels sprouts, persimmon, NY State dairy and a slew of other edible goods, too.
