Ăn Xôi Pop Up Dinner

Saigon-born, New York-based chef Thảo Bùi spotlights central Vietnamese cuisine with Ăn Xôi (Eat Sticky Rice), her nomadic dining pop-up. Compared to the more mild dishes in the north and sweeter plates in the south, central Vietnamese cuisine is defined by rich, complex, and spicy flavors. Her three-course prix-fixe menu at NeueHouse traces a culinary journey from historic Hội An to coastal Đà Nẵng. The courses include a bright seafood herb salad, Hội An’s iconic cao lầu noodles with char siu pork, and xu xoa, a chilled sea glass jelly in floral ginger syrup. Additional small plates and beverages will be available à la carte.
