This two-night spread highlights the ocean’s best: mussels escabeche with lime leaf potato chips, crab pork meat clouds dressed with rau răm, and stone fruit ice jelly drizzled with passion fruit palm sugar. Pair everything with a glass of natural wine and evening plans in the neighborhood. Served nightly starting at 5 PM until sold out.
